  • AAA reported it assisted roughly 2,600 drivers between Jan. 24 and Jan. 31+ marking a 35% rise from past weekly averages. The group advised drivers to check lights, rotate tires, and replace worn wipers to stay safe on icy roads.  4029 News

CULTURE NEWS

  • Arkansas Classical Theatre will host a Valentine’s evening fundraiser tomorrow at Wild Brush Revival in Fayetteville. Founders Betsy Jilka and Steven Marzolf will perform poems + songs + scenes to raise funds for their new season as the group adapts its outdoor Shakespeare events for Northwest Arkansas’ heat.  Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
  • Waterwitch is screening the 1960s film 'Purple Noon' today at the Breezeway of Puritan Coffee and Beer in Springdale.   • University of Arkansas women's basketball coach Kelsi Musick and her staff have used half of their NCAA off-campus evaluation days to scout in-state talent and are saving days for upcoming state tournaments — including local prospect Syniah Coachman.
