  • Jo and Tiffany crafted Valentine’s Day bouquets at Samantha's Garden in Bentonville during a creative workshop by owner Diana Thompson; the ministry-style garden will open a Springdale location on Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at 501 W B Emma Ave, where guests should wear an outfit with nowhere to wear.  5 News

  • Fayetteville entrepreneur Mark Zweig is named chief operating officer of Janus Motorcycles and will remain in Northwest Arkansas to lead the company’s growth. He has served as an advisor, investor and chief financial officer since 2023 and helped raise millions in new capital.  NWA Business Journal

CULTURE NEWS

  • SoNA's final performance of its season of discovery will take place on Saturday, March 7 at Walton Arts Center. Guest conductor Tamara Dworetz leads the program featuring Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet — the performance includes a pre-show conversation at 6:30 p.m. and tickets range from $40 to $65.  Fayetteville Flyer
  • Dierks Bentley announced his Off The Map Tour to headline the Walmart AMP in Rogers as part of the 2026 Synchrony Concert Series, with Ricky Skaggs, Kentucky Thunder, and Owen Riegling joining him. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and the performance begins at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 12 — ticket sales start at 10 a.m. Feb. 20.  5 News

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • Five two-story apartment complexes in Springdale comprising 389 units were sold for $35.85 million as New York-based companies led by Alex Roth acquired properties including Springdale Estates, Crutcher Apartments, Lowell Apartments, Cheema Village, and Powell Apartments (with a 3,000 sqft office building).  NWA Business Journal

SPORTS NEWS

  • The Razorbacks (18-6, 8-3 SEC) will face Auburn today at Bud Walton Arena at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN. Coach Calipari plans to adjust minutes for injured key players as the team enters a challenging three-week SEC schedule.  Fayetteville Flyer
  • Arkansas will play Auburn at 7:30 p.m. today at Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville, with Razorbacks (18-6) favored by 5 1/2 points per FanFuel.
