- ➤ Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas announced a three-year partnership to boost outdoor recreation safety programs launching in the 2026-27 school year. The program will include hunter, boater and later ATV safety education courses, and graduating seniors demonstrating certifications will earn an Outdoor Safety Graduation Cord. - ➤ The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission is hosting local outdoor events this spring — a gear swap meet at the Hunt Family Nature Center in Springdale Saturday and Fishing Fridays on March 27 at Murphy Park pond, with volunteer opportunities statewide. - ➤ ARBRA Plastic Surgery provides cosmetic and reconstructive care with a specialty in natural-tissue breast reconstruction to support breast cancer recovery. - ➤ Children’s Safety Center of Washington County, operating for 29 years, moved into a new purpose-built building after a $15 million capital campaign.
