- ➤ A judge ruled that posting Ten Commandments posters in area K-12 schools is unconstitutional, affecting districts such as Springdale. State Sen. Jim Dotson said an appeal will be filed, and the case could eventually reach the Supreme Court. 4029 News
- ➤ State legislators gave preliminary approval to a one-year $90,000 contract with London firm Renaissance Energy Advisors to create a strategic roadmap for Arkansas lithium development. - ➤ Little Rock-based Tempus Realty Partners bought industrial properties in Rogers and Iowa for $22.2M, marking its first acquisition in 2026. The Rogers deal includes four buildings totaling 82,658 sqft available for lease (purchased in late 2025 for $8.2M) and the Iowa asset adds a stable manufacturing tenant.
