- ➤ Cody Hill, 23, from Fort Smith is wanted on fraud and theft charges after he missed four court hearings for cases including a fake realty firm scam — arrest warrants were issued by Benton, Washington, and Franklin counties. Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

- ➤ The Arkansas Department of Transportation announced that 685 of nearly 13,000 bridges are in poor condition yet remain safe to drive on—investments for rehabilitation or replacement are being considered and more details are available on the Arkansas Bridges Dashboard. The rate of 5.35% in poor condition is lower than the national average of 8%. 4029 News

- ➤ The Marshall Islands national soccer team will make its international debut this summer at the inaugural Outrigger Cup on the campus of John Brown University in Northwest Arkansas. The team will play full-sided matches against the U.S. Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos, and Guam from Aug. 11 to 17—organizers are fundraising to cover travel costs and work toward FIFA recognition.
