- ➤ Today the first Sunday on the Square festival is held at the historic Fayetteville square from noon to 4 p.m.—it offers live music, art demonstrations and group bike rides; on March 31 a community pep rally for Special Olympics will take place at Pea Ridge Junior High School with burger baskets and a cheer performance. - ➤ The Neal Family Farm in Rogers opened its blooming tulip fields on March 27 by hand planting 78,000 bulbs from Holland for bouquet picking. The event runs through Sunday at varying hours, charging $5 per person with no cap on group size—Saturday includes a petting zoo and pony ride while snow cones and popsicles are available on Sunday. 4029 News

- ➤ Colorado-based Spartan Investment Group acquired three self-storage facilities in Bentonville, Rogers and Springdale for $23.75 million from multiple LLCs. The properties, which have 1,890 units, will receive over $1 million in upgrades to improve security, signage and operations. NWA Business Journal
- ➤ Onyx Coffee Lab owners Jon and Andrea Allen announced plans to open three new retail cafes next month including one on Emma Avenue in downtown Springdale that will feature chocolate production—part of their growing model in retail, B2B and direct-to-consumer sales. The company also plans further locations at Bentonville’s new Walmart campus, Northwest Arkansas National Airport and Fayetteville Square while expanding its high-end specialty coffee offerings. - ➤ The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration said Arkansans can now book online appointments at local offices to get a printed Real ID if they bring a birth certificate, Social Security card, and two mailed documents by May 7. Changing a regular license costs $10 and a new eight-year Real ID costs $40—this ID will be needed to board domestic flights and enter federal buildings. KNWA
