  • Drivers see gas prices held high; AAA reports Arkansas now averages $3.64 for a gallon of regular with the local area at $3.47 and Fort Smith at $3.44, while Oklahoma holds at $3.45 against a national average of $4.12.  4029 News

  • The University of Arkansas has named professor Hugh Churchill interim director of its Institute for Integrative and Innovative Research (I³R) after founding director Ranu Jung stepped down last month.   • Rogers offensive lineman Henry Frazier committed to Arkansas football on Sunday as the Razorbacks’ fourth recruit for the 2027 class. He will enroll in January after choosing Razorbacks over offers from BYU, Kansas State, and others.  Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

  • The Arkansas soccer team posted impressive results in five spring exhibition matches, including a 2-0 win over TCU, and coach Colby Hale said the season was productive and expects a healthy roster when the fall season begins.
