Route 66 turned 100 this year and shaped the spirit of travel that drove many Arkansans to seek better lives (it missed the northwest corner by 23 miles), and its legacy remains part of our travel culture.

Marriage licenses were recorded at the Washington County Clerk’s Office from April 30 through May 6 and include several couples from Springdale and surrounding areas.
The records list applicant names, ages, and hometowns for each filing.
