- ➤ A 4.99-megawatt solar park will be built later this month on 32 acres near Lowell to supply 15%-20% of the power for a Beaver Water District water treatment plant that serves roughly 400,000 people (including Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville), with construction expected to finish in late this year.
