Hunt Transport Services, Murphy USA and Bank OZK placed 565, 1389, 1423 and 1563 respectively. Forbes considered sales, profits, assets and market value for the rankings among 621 U.S. companies. - ➤ A Springdale man, Michael Wade Crump, 32, was arrested Wednesday for first-degree death by delivery of a controlled substance after a March 25 overdose at Northwest Medical Center & he faces arraignment on July 9 with a $250,000 bond. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
- ➤ Former Washington County deputy Stevon Grindstaff, arrested in March on first-degree murder charges from a December 2023 fatal chase, has had his charge reduced to manslaughter — he is set to stand trial on June 23. KNWA

- ➤ Organizers Dana Idlet and Noah Richmond will host a fundraiser at 6 p.m. on June 27 at Fenix Arts on Mount Sequoyah to raise funds for the Old Friends Reunion Festival set for Sept. 25-28 at Old Friends Farms near Prairie Grove. A House-backed proposal in the Big Beautiful Bill now under Senate review may add up to $110 million in costs under one version or $55 million in another—forcing state leaders to find funds for hospitals that already work on thin margins.
