- ➤ Tyson Foods, based in Springdale, is spending $23.5 million to update its facility in Robards, Kentucky to boost capacity and keep 1,100 jobs. Work will start this year and finish in spring—helped by $3 million in state tax incentives. Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Boozman’s tax and spending measure meets Senate rules for SNAP, which now requires states to cover part of food benefit costs based on error rates starting fiscal 2028—Arkansas would pay a 10% share. - ➤ Pediatricians in Arkansas say many parents are delaying routine shots and warn that children may face preventable illnesses.
