  • A Tontitown woman (accused of confronting two men in a utility vehicle and shooting a motorcycle tire in late May) pleaded not guilty to assault and terroristic act charges at Washington County Circuit Court on Friday.  Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
  • Arkansas Crime Information Center upgraded its NeverForgotten missing person webpage to show real-time case changes when someone is reported missing—this update replaces the old weekly system and lets law enforcement quickly remove cases once an individual is found.  5 News
  • A Madison County man charged with firing shots from a vehicle in Springdale almost a year ago pleaded not guilty Friday in Washington County Circuit Court.  Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

CULTURE NEWS

  • The Momentous annual electronic music festival will take place Oct. 10-11 at The Momentary and will feature artists including Flux Pavilion & Doctor P, Tycho, Baby Weight, Memba and Mickman.   • Athletic forward Adou Thiero was chosen as the No. 36 pick by the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Draft on Thursday after he led the Razorbacks and played two seasons at Kentucky.
