- ➤ Arkansas Tech University–Ozark campus has been awarded more than $1.3 million in a U.S. Department of Education grant to support student services for first-generation, low-income, and disabled students. - ➤ Arkansas health insurers have proposed a 26.2% rate increase for individual plans in 2026 covering ARHOME & healthcare.gov enrollees, a jump from last year's 6.2% rise. The higher rates, driven by the ending of enhanced premium tax credits and rising medical costs, must be approved by the Insurance Commissioner before taking effect on Jan 1.
