- ➤ Salvador Fautino Caracena-Zarates Jr., a 42-year-old from Fort Smith, pleaded guilty to possessing over 50 grams of a drug mixture and was sentenced to 25 years in prison and four years of supervised release—completing the federal sentencing of a Northwest Arkansas drug trafficking ring.
