- ➤ A new hearing was scheduled in the murder case against Rogers man Ashton Balentine—accused of capital murder following his arrest on April 29 for a shooting at 405 Wayland Drive in Springdale that left one person dead and a female victim injured—with a status hearing set for Nov. 14 due to incomplete lab reports. - ➤ Rodney Tillman Jr. was arrested last week in Little Rock and is held at the Washington County Detention Center on $50,000 bond—he faces terroristic act, aggravated assault and criminal mischief charges for a July 7 shooting in a Springdale parking lot that injured four vehicles and for an April 18 incident in Marianna, with arraignment set for August 18.
