- ➤ Anthony Michael Spero, 32, a firefighter and paramedic with Springdale and Tontitown Fire Departments from Farmington, died in a single-vehicle accident on Float Creek Road in Henderson at about 4:40 p.m. on August 7—local authorities reported he lost control of his 2016 Polaris Ranger in clear weather and was ejected from the vehicle.
