- ➤ Springdale-based Tyson Foods has been sued in Delaware Chancery Court by shareholder Michael Castagna, who holds 283 shares and is seeking access to corporate records on the treatment of animals and workers. Castagna claims the records will show that the company failed to provide enough water for chickens and proper safety gear for employees, and he asks the court to order immediate production of these documents.
