- ➤ State Rep. Kendra Moore’s renovation firm, owned with her husband Josh Moore, has appealed a stop work order issued by Lincoln on the remodel at 123 N. Starr Ave.—the city required that all code violations be corrected before work resumes. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Arkansas fired head coach Sam Pittman after his team lost 56 to 13 at home to Notre Dame on Sunday and named offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino as interim coach for the season—Pittman is owed a $9.3 million buyout that may include a prorated retention bonus.
