ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Yesterday, a gas leak was reported in Springdale when a utility crew hit a high-pressure gas line on Johnson Avenue at Harris Street, causing the evacuation of 15 homes and the Springdale Schools Administration Building—Johnson Avenue was closed between Putnam Street and Poplar Street—and a related second leak was reported near North Thompson Street and West Huntsville Avenue, the Springdale Fire Department said. The program partners with local hospitals—Willow Creek Women’s Hospital and Siloam Springs Regional Hospital—to provide care before, during, and after birth and will expand its services to nearby towns. - ➤ The Arkansas Razorbacks beat the Southern Jaguars 109-77 at Bud Walton Arena as Trevon Brazile posted a career-high double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds.
