ACCIDENTS NEWS

EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Springdale Public Schools plan to hold parent interviews at enrollment, midyear and exit after a drop of over 550 students since last fall, with questions on how families heard about the schools and their reasons for leaving. The interviews will also address a 110-student decline in kindergarten enrollment — a move designed to pinpoint challenges and guide improvements. KNWA
- ➤ Pittsburg State University will award 10 full scholarships to Ignite Professional Studies students from Bentonville—recipients who will enroll at the Crossland College of Technology to study construction, engineering and digital media—part of an ongoing partnership with Bentonville Schools. - ➤ Arkansas Children’s Northwest will host its Festival of Stars Toy and Donation Drive on Dec. 12 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 2601 Gene George Blvd, where participants can drop off toys curbside+ monetary donations will help fund patient care and special programs. KNWA
