Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas marks its 30th anniversary with several events—one featuring a fireside chat with Walmart CEO Doug McMillon and Walmart U.S. COO Kieran Shanahan scheduled for April 30 at Rogers Convention Center from 10 a.m. to noon.

The nonprofit, which made its first mentor match in December 1995, expects 400 community members to attend and plans additional celebrations throughout the year.
